The ChildLab Business Development and Client Services team provides superior client support by quickly responding to clients needs and resolving any issues professionally.
Our Business Development group services each client with a personal touch by providing education and information, as well as introducing new and existing clients to our connectivity solutions.
The Client Services staff provides exceptional daily support by answering questions regarding specimen requirements, patient results, and offers courier support and supplies. Also, they are able to direct you to the appropriate department, technologist and/or doctoral staff for consultation purposes..
